Our Dispute Resolution Department specializes in representing farmers and ranchers through the complexities of USDA and FSA program disputes, ensuring their rights are protected and their eligibility for crucial disaster relief is preserved. Whether you’re facing denied applications, delayed payments, or complex program-related disagreements, our team has the expertise to help.

We handle disputes involving all agricultural commodities—excluding mollusks—through processes such as FSA reconsiderations, USDA administrative appeals, and National Appeals Division (NAD) hearings. With extensive experience and a strategic approach, we’ve successfully represented clients through reconsiderations, remands, and multi-level appeals. Flexible and Case-Specic Contingency Fees

We offer a contingency rate of 20-40%, depending on the complexity and scope of the case. Factors influencing the rate include how much of a mess we need to clean up and how much work is required to build a compelling case.

Case Approval and Requirements
  • A minimum of $100,000 in dispute is required for case consideration.
  • All cases must be approved by Crop Disaster Recovery, LLC to ensure they align with our expertise and resources.
  • Once approved, we work closely with you to navigate the process, keeping you informed and supported every step of the way.
